In 2014, I wrote about the developing use of technology to facilitate that exchange. I mapped out the disruption that my presence caused in the space and experienced the backlash of not following the “rules” for what is acceptable, and for monetizing publicly without remorse. Notably, I inspired an entire industry to begin capitalizing their content and online presences in a way that was not strictly tied to a time-for-money exchange.

I was the prototype of what is now a much larger system.

Many of my predictions have borne out, and over the years, I have developed a practice of draining men online both within and outside of the typical structures available to “adult industry” performers. Using skills I developed and honed while consulting for media startups ranging from audience development and viral marketing, I was distinctive in my methods from the beginning.
